National Heart Foundation of Bangladesh (NHFB) is going to form “An Advocacy and Supportive Organ of NHFB” titled “nhf Youth for Healthy Bangladesh” . In this regard a meeting was held today, on 09 November 2019 at the auditorium of National Heart Foundation Hospital & Research Institute. Mr. Md. Mokammel Hossain, Additional Secretary (SDG Affairs), Prime Minister's Office was the Chief guest of this program While Ms Rina Parveen, Additional Secretary (WH & PH Wing), Health Services Division, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, was the guest of honor and Dr. Raihan-E-Jannat, Program Manager, Non-Communicable Program, DGHS was the special guest. National Professor Brigadier (Rtd.) Abdul Malik presided over the meeting.

Around hundred volunteers participated in the meeting from different volunteer organizations like- Bangladesh scouts, Bangladesh Girls Guide Association, Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defense, and Prottyasha Ant-drug Association. Moreover, Volunteers from different school, college and university also participated there.
